Sadie Padie Household at 3 Months

So technically it is 3.5 months but who is counting. The last post I mentioned that the boys had colic well I have to confess I don't think they had it, I think it was to much high calorie formula and not enough hands in support. We had a great month in Michigan and Ohio and meet so many wonderful people I can't even begin to express how grateful we are. The boys LOVED each and every person that came over to feed or hold or just spend time with mommy and daddy. We are now back in New Jersey and I have extra help until the end of the month when Satomi comes to live with us.

We are now on a Soy based formula and this has been the biggest change for the boys, they are loving it and rewarding us by sleeping from 9:30ish to 2:30am which has been a great blessing. Some nights a little longer some a little less but they are more rested during the day to play and start to grab things.

Alex and Oliver are both working on rolling over Henry well he can't be bothered but that is ok. They have all started to really look around and check out toys and books, I think they like the cow book the best but that might just be because I read it the most.

Mommy went in to make sure Oliver will always be the youngest brother I got a lot of pressure to not do it but as I told the nurse and the doctor and the other nurse and other doctor, I get pregnant again it is quads and I can't take that risk. I think they knew I was serious.

Daddy is doing well too although currently we are passing around cold which is never fun he is teaching the boys valuable life lesions like giving everyone a nickname is very important. (sort of an inside joke)

April, well she missed mommy a lot, the boys well not so much. She has been stuck like glue to me since we got back and so happy that she is willing to listen to the babies cry just to be next to me.

Well it is WAY past our bedtime but I wanted to get an update to everyone.

Henry at 3 Months

Did you know the average weight of a 3 month old is 9-13lbs? Well someone told Henry because he is up over 10lb now. So cute with his chubby little legs goodbye 0-3 clothes hello 3 months. He has also feel in love with the bubble bee on the rocker chair at home, he had a 15 minute conversation with him the other day. He won the Daddy Jr. award for sleeping from 9:30pm to 4:30am not to long ago and we were very proud of him for that. One not so fun trick Henry has picked up is loving to be held while standing up, he knows the difference you MUST be standing up or wow can he cry. That is ok baby always win.

Alex at 3 Months

Don't let this picture fool you Alex is no shy guy. While all the guys are coming around he has the most personality with his facial expressions and go get them attitude. He was the first to roll over even though no one saw him do it, one moment on his belly the next on his back. He also discovered his brothers and was not happy that Henry was crying a few days ago. But things are not ALL roses, he does love to take breaks during meal time eat a few ounces, take a nap for 10-15 minutes then finish his bottle. Funny thing is his dad takes breaks during meals too!

Oliver at 3 Months

Although this picture is Oliver at 2 months his personality is the same. While he likes to think he is the only child he also has picked up a few new things. We have discovered that he loves to sit up on the couch and just look around. I know I should have a picture of this so I will work on that but he is pretty cute just sitting and looking around. Did I ever mention that he likes to be pampered? Well those days are over at least for now no more rub downs with sleepy time lotion to make him feel better he cries just like his brothers. I am sure once he realizes the ladies love a good smelling man he will be back to loving it again.
